Senior raters often lack the whole picture and therefore form their own inaccurate pictures. Good flight level leaders should be proactive in combating this throughout the year. 2.If you're testing you shouldn't have a non-rated EPR. Talk to your supervisor asap. I've seen "non-rated" EPRs which still had the commander's EFDP recommendation. They just didn't have ratings from the supervisor because of the circumstances that year (training mostly).
